Mauricio Pochettino fielded a young side missing key players
Tottenham were thrashed 4-1 by Girona in their final pre-season friendly on Saturday.
The LaLiga side shocked Spurs, who were missing multiple key figures including Harry Kane, Dele Alli, Hugo Lloris and Jan Vertonghen.
Despite their absentees, the English side took the lead on 13 minutes through a beautiful Lucas Moura free kick, which found the net against the run of play.
However, nine minutes later the La Liga side were level.
Juanpe headed home the equaliser after a free-kick rebounded off the post. His side were ahead before half time as a low cross from the right was slotted into the Tottenham net by Anthony Lozano.
