While the entire boxing world has gone into meltdown over Joshua’s seventh-round knockout shocker, the man himself has made no excuses and far from hidden away.

In post-fight interviews/social media videos, AJ has updated fans on his intention to rematch the new champion, with promoter Eddie Hearn subsequently confirming the contractual clause to prompt this has been triggered.

With all of that out of the way, the 29-year-old has now enjoyed some down time in the ‘Big Apple’ and visited the famous West Fourth Street Basketball Courts.

Joshua admitted he’s still ‘p***ed’ about the defeat, but was able to hang out and relax with fans in the area, many of whom wished him well.

One man even gave him an amusing motivational message: “No more losing to fat dudes.”
